PRESSCOM has expanded its Public Administration Library with its first loose-leaf publication. “Postępowanie egzekucyjne w administracji. Vademecum” (Execution Proceedings in Public Administration: The handbook) is published as a binder that will be updated 6-9 times a year, depending on changes in legislation. The basic publication consists of about 700 pages and a CD.

The 4th Public Tenders Forum (IV Forum Przetargów Publicznych) – the largest public procurement conference in Poland – took place in Jachranka on October 13-16, 2009. The central theme of this year’s Forum was: “Problems in public procurement law in light of current legislation and planned changes”.

We have recently published three new books which expand our offering for public administration employees. Two of the new books are practical commentaries on recently enacted acts of parliament. Although the two publications have been published as part of different Libraries, they have a common graphical design. We plan to publish further interpretations of new legislation in the same way.
